Palinoia Coffee is Australia’s first guilt-free, toxic-free, high-antioxidant, clean coffee.

This specialty-grade, defect-free coffee is made from premium, organic green coffee beans sourced from arabica plants at high-altitude locations to provide an incredibly fresh, rich flavour.

We independently lab-test our beans so they are free from moulds, yeast, pesticides, and other mycotoxins. We also lab-test our roasting process to ensure the highest level of antioxidants is maintained.

Our pods are Nespresso compatible, 100% Biodegradable & Compostable made entirely from a patented plant-based composite. This means that the complete capsule, including the foil, can be thrown in your bin guilt-free. They are then hermetically sealed by a built-in-plant-based oxygen barrier keeping the coffee we pack in them fresh and delicious.

The decaffeination process is performed in a certified organic facility that uses a Swiss mountain water decaffeination procedure.

Palinoia Coffee offers a unique taste experience – its base is very earthy with notes of choc cocoa nibb balanced by raw sugarcane sweetness and malty toasted almonds.
